GS1300 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

Platform GS1300 accepts deposits via licensed and approved Malaysian payment methods only. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and GS1300 does not charge any fees on member deposits.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

Member GS1300 may withdraw their winnings at any time, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: RM 50 per single withdrawal request.
• Maximum Withdrawal Amount: RM 50,000 per day and RM 200,000 per month for accounts that have completed full identity verification. Lower limits may apply to accounts that have not been fully verified.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the registered member's name.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

GS1300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide identity verification documentation requested by GS1300 within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is reasonable cause to believe the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through GS1300's responsible gaming feature.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions — inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 after the 12-month inactivity period.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, GS1300 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances for which wagering requirements have not been met. Any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member via the original payment method, subject to the successful completion of any investigation.

9. GS1300's Limitation of Liability

GS1300's maximum liability to any member is limited to the value of that member's actual (non-bonus) account balance at the time of the incident, excluding any indirect losses, anticipated future losses, or emotional damages.

10. Responsible Gaming
